We are a concierge style direct care pediatrics practice. Our goal is to eliminate the unnecessary barriers that interfere with the physician-patient relationship. We offer high quality, comprehensive pediatric care, with convenient direct access to your child’s physician. In order to provide personal attention and flexible scheduling, we accept only a limited patient panel. As we do not believe in the assembly-line patient factory mindset, our care model is value based, not volume based. We are proud to focus on building strong, patient-centered, long-term relationships.
Our membership provides you the convenience of same or next day day appointments, the flexibility of modern communication methods, and the luxury of extended appointments with time to answer all of your questions. Visits can be as brief or extended as necessary. Because we do not overbook, you will never waste your valuable time waiting to be seen. Direct care can be viewed as a contemporary take on old-fashioned medicine. We are perfect for the family that values relationship-focused, expert care, combined with seamless, exceptional service.

About Dr. Maren Bear
Dr. Bear is a board certified pediatrician with over 20 years of experience caring for children. She finished her undergraduate degree in biology and psychology from Luther College and went on to complete a masters degree in public health at the University of Iowa with a focus on maternal and child health. Both her medical degree and residency in pediatrics were done at Saint Louis University prior to moving to the Marietta area. She completed the REACH institute fellowship training program in mental health, and has also done additional training in autism evaluation through the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute. She has extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric care including inpatient and outpatient settings as well as emergency room and urgent care.
Dr. Bear is the proud mother of two amazing children, and can often be found cheering on her daughter at cheer competitions or her son at baseball games. She is an animal lover, and can also be found happily cuddling on the couch with her cat. She is fortunate to have family and friends in the local area and enjoys every minute she gets to spend with them. She can’t wait to meet your wonderful children!
